Why is it that when I see an Amazon job that I want to apply for it has 1 address under the description, then when I click apply, it has another address for the job? Which address is the work site address?

What is the most challenging part about working for Amazon?
Amazon is an awesome employee to work for and it is highly diverse which makes it even better ! They take excellent care of their employees. The most challenging is that it is VERY LABORIOUS . You are constantly bending , lifting , and moving so there is a lot of strain to your body . ( great exercise though! ) .

When I believed they cared for their employees. I felt so betrayed when I was fired and not even told why. On top of that, they never even turned in that I had been terminated. So no unemployment. I sure I could of got it but after being done like that. I gave up on life for awhile.

It really depends on the role. For FC jobs, the interview and application process is fairly straight forward. For other jobs, you may be required to interview with many people that assess your skills and experience as it relates to our leadership principles. You can Google Amazon Leadership Principles and interviews to learn more. The interviews are behavioral questions and should your answers should be clear and concise and follow the STAR structure. If you know anyone already at Amazon, getting them to refer you is also helpful.

They normally dont interview, apply for a job, choose what shift you prefer to work, show up at your new hire event and take a drug test, then show up on your first day! They usually assign you to work in the department most needed for help such as picking, packing, customer returns, etc. You can ask for a specific department during your drug test or request it, but that doesnt mean you will get that specific department. I've had the same issue and all Amazon's are far from where I am. The correct one will/can be listed inside the job description.. it sucks they try to rope you in by saying one location close but it's actually far 😕
