What’s the best way to deal with a new coworker that constantly breaks protocol but when you or anyone else tries to speak to them they go to hire ups and say they’re being “harassed”?

I would report them to my supervisor so they can deal with the issue at hand. Until the issue is resolved I would avoid any contact with the employee.

You have to go to HR and figure it out for sure

I would schedule to meet with the hired ups and ask that they forward them back to me to resolve the issue and to restore accountability

Every one should be accountable for their own actions

Take my concerns to the management team. But most of all ensure the safety of your resident.

By speaking to them about what is required you’ve done what is required of you…

Id go too work stay quiet do my job all week get my paycheck im happy

I would go to HR immediately and get tet the issue resolved

Por Primera vez hablo con el y si no reacciona ya dejo que sea responsable de sus actor no es el trabajo de nadie cuidar de otra persona que no acepta consejo
Worst thing u can you is babysit another employee. Wrongdoing! Things will backfired on you let hire up deal with that it not your job to babysit another employee wrongdoing you already reported it that all you need to do let the hire up do the rest! You did your job by reporting it! Everything else will fall in place if nothing get done leave it alone and do your job don’t worry what the other guy doing just protect yourself she going to get caught anyway in a matter of due time
