🏅 Carolin Morgan
When Carolin saw a recurring issue frustrating both customers and teammates, she didn’t just follow the script—she improved it. Without being in charge, she tracked patterns, tested solutions, shared her findings, and invited feedback. Her approach led to real improvements in first-call resolution and was eventually adopted in the team’s official guide. She reminds us that true leadership often starts with listening, noticing, and being willing to act.
💙 Thank you, @Carolin Morgan, for showing how clarity, curiosity, and collaboration can move a whole team forward.
