My last job fired me for no reason this a bunch of kids and and when I went to follow Unemployment, they lied to me and said something crazy when I told corporate it wasn’t true but at that point it doesn’t really matter I guess me and the manager budget heads. It was just 20 year-old managers in and out. I mean, it must seem between the 20 of them come and go so apparently with the state you have to have a job in order to get unemployment and you have to have money in order to get food stamps. I’m not understanding that contradictory and I have no kids so and single so I’m just kind of screwed with the two felonies on my record like what am I gonna do?
How well does Dollar Tree treat its employees?
like crap, SM goes out side most of there shift and there other employees don't get a break or nothing or they make them take it after the end of there shift. at first they treat you nice but after they will crap on you and tried to get you fired and really the SM needs to be fired for not doing there job at all

I totally agree! It's nice to be part of a big bustling company, running around and making things happen, rather than minding a sleepy little shop, to put it bluntly! Heh-heh! I have had good experiences in both, but I know what I like at this point in my career, and what incentivizes me.
Agree with above. I'v worked in small mom & pop and non profit stores. Yes I made more but my hours were seasonal and I spent a lot of time chit chatting and doing nothing. Not for me, right now I'm enjoying working corporate retail in a resort store. I work 3 days a wk, don't have a paid lunch and only make min. wage but don't have to hear all the gossip and small town back n' forth drama.
