My experience at Whole Foods was positive: they demanded a lot but I got raises and my Supervisor showered me with free gift cards. The benefits were superb. Customer service pervades their organization and they follow it. I enjoyed working there.

When I worked at Whole Foods I worked for a company called Big Orange in Providence Rhode Island. They also did the same as your company. I also worked with them when they were known as The Sunflower Group in Pawtucket Rhode Island.

I think understanding people as well as fellow employees is very important. Learning from each other and knowing what the company expects in your role also smile. Always being willing to progress and learn but also show your achievements and that your more then ready for the role at hand

won't lie the company culture is pretty bad i was just working for the company for over 6 and a half months the manger then fired me in front of the store when i was working the truck just because she heard from another worker that i was looking into a second job to pay for bills and other things like that. People may say oh yeah, it's a great company but it's really not the amount of times we got rotten fruits is crazy half are produce would go bad in less than two to three days and on top of that the mangers talk bad behind your back instead of saying the stuff to your face like a grown adult they are. So i would say it's pretty bad.

I can't speak for every DG but I can tell you it's more work then the pay is worth. And I seen very little appreciation for the work I did. I worked without breaks and over my time. While hours were being taken from me. No one to work register to take breaks. It's not the company in general it's the people unfortunately

Well there has been two different, times in which I've worked, been employed through dollar tree co. And really best go ofit, route couldbe, keep seeking different stores(areas)!!??
