Persistence pays off. Every so often you have to go against one of my rules and be a pain in the ass. Shows them you want the gig.

Store Manager at Dollar Tree

keep applying until a position opens that way your application is at the very top so they see it first

If Dollar Tree doesn't have any open positions right now, don't worry! You can try the following options:

  1. Keep checking their career website regularly for new openings.
  2. Consider reaching out to the store manager directly to inquire about potential future opportunities.
  3. Expand your job search to other similar retail stores like Family Dollar, Walmart, or Target.
  4. Use job search websites like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Jobcase to look for similar roles in your area.
  5. Consider gaining new skills or certifications in the meantime to make yourself a more attractive candidate in the future. Good luck!
