Listen to customer carefully and find their needs and offer the options around theirs budget never talk about the price while you doing qualifying just build the value of the product. Customers only what to see the best value for their money if did a good building value they don't mind to pay. A good sales associate is who listens more and talk less. Hope this will work for you.
