My anxiety has been getting worse by the day, and I can't keep pretending that everything is okay. I'm struggling with anxiety and it's affecting my work. It feels strange to reach out for help online, but I don't know what else to do. I've been struggling since the pandemic started and my job in customer service is only making things worse. I left my teaching job because I thought working from home would be easier, but it's been anything but. Dealing with angry customers all day is taking a toll on my mental health.
Now, I'm being asked to come into the office three days a week and I'm terrified. I had a panic attack just thinking about it yesterday and I had to call in sick today. I don't know what to do. I can't keep living like this. I've tried talking to my friends and family about it, but they don't understand. They tell me to just relax and not to worry so much, but it's not that simple. I feel like I'm drowning and I don't know how to swim.

Home job
I am a 51 year old handicapped female looking for an at home job, I can type on pc and I don't mind talking on phone.

What should I know before an interview at USDA Forest Service?
I’ve been disabled from an accident last year and now under care of the VA. Ivan drive ! I know SRQ like the back of my hand however I’m no longer able to do heavy lifting. Been in transport for years forklift- shipping and receiving.

Something I learned at #Nexcom ...
Highly discriminated I have a disability and the management is racist as well as unfair dealing with people who have disability also shows favoritism towards those who are minorities

Is it better to make more at a job you hate or make less at a job you love?
For me personally I feel it's better to work at a job you love and make less. Me being a person who deals with mental illness has experienced working a job where I made close to $1000 every paycheck but was mentally stressed every shift due to the drama and negativity I had to endure from other coworkers, gaslighting and threats from management as well trying to push me to quit a job I loved. It's not worth the mental stress and that was also one of the main reasons that I learned the true meaning of how "Money isn't everything". Mental health is more important than anything and it means nothing if you're deteriorating slowly mentally, especially when you can open your options and find a better opportunity out there, with management who know your worth and coworkers who treat you as equal.

I’m on disability can’t stand long and trying to see if you have anything that I can do setting down but work through Goodwill and Social Security. Do you all have anything like working from home?
I need some extra money in my home #workfromhome

Cleaner jobs
To be a good house cleaner it’s about detail. Anyone can clean a house but do you take the stove apart and clean each part of it including knobs burners and inside and outside of oven, do you move appliances in kitchen ,scrub the tiles in the tub make the bed , go under the bed behind the toilet these are all things that most people don’t do when they clean there house so when they hire a cleaner they expect the dirtiest of dirty jobs to be done by you. Go under the couch in between blinds find that dirt under the stove you get what I’m saying it’s all in the detail and getting on your hands and knees

I'm disabled and I need to make some supplemental income from home is it possible?
#workfromhome I just don't have much experience with office programs on my computer.
