General Questions
What is Jobcase? Jobcase is an online community dedicated to guiding and advocating for the world’s workers. The Jobcase site and app are a social media platform where members can get access to opportunities from top employers, tools to prepare for job seeking and interviews, and a helpful community to support their journey.
Jobcase’s mission is to empower the world’s workers.
Jobcase.com officially launched in 2015. Our roots actually began during the 2009 recession – repurposing the skills of a machine learning money management company to help people find jobs. At that time, the small group of founders – led by current CEO, Fred Goff – got an in-depth view into what workers in this country are really facing. From that, Jobcase was born – with the vision to make the future of work less daunting and more full of exciting potential! Today, Jobcase develops technology to empower workers with the right tools and a great community to help one another.
An individual can be a member of Jobcase for free. Companies, recruiters, and nonprofit organizations can also participate in the Jobcase community for free as members. Jobcase charges employers and companies for specific products and services – such as job promotion, hiring events, and brand awareness building – to help them reach the workers in our community. This has the additional benefit of helping our members get access to opportunity.
