I'm sorry to hear about the challenging situation you're facing. It's important not to lose hope. Here are a few suggestions:
Update your resume: Highlight your experience and skills as a Surgical Technician and Night Supervisor in SPD, OR & Central.
Network: Reach out to your professional contacts from your 12 years at UPMC in Pittsburgh. Leverage your relationships with former colleagues, supervisors, and mentors to explore job opportunities.
Utilize job search platforms: Use job search platforms like Jobcase, as well as other providers such as Indeed and LinkedIn, to expand your reach and explore available job openings in your field.
Consider agencies: Continue working with employment agencies as they can often connect you with temporary or permanent positions.
Prepare for interviews: Practice answering common interview questions and focus on highlighting your experience and dedication to your profession.
Stay positive: Job searches can take time, but maintaining a positive mindset is important throughout the process.
Remember, you are not alone in your job search journey, and there are resources available to help you.
