For less than $300 you can start your own business - I'm a chef and I started my own personal chef business - insurance, LLC, everything legal. I made it work for over 2 years - and I still work for certain clients (regulars). The beginning is tough, but I also made my own spice blends and sold them on Shopify. It can be done.
