Just keep applying a lot, eventually there will be one employer willing to hire and train you. Especially now.
Well for one thing you must believe in yourself and you can be just as good as anyone else the job will be as hard as you let it and if there training take it so you can be just as good as anybody else good luck never say anything about having a hard time getting what you want šš
I think it depends on the position. Having been on both sides, I think adaptability and a willingness to learn can be a great asset with or with out experience. You do however need a personality that fits the company and position.
I have experience this and at the time I really thought I could have done well in that role with no experience.
As I got older I learned to craft my resume to honestly display the experience I had that would be directly transferable versus just a willingness to learn. That was a game changer in 2016 for the field I'm still in. Without learning the corporate America skill or rewording my resume to show some relatable experience I wouldn't have broke into the field as easily and without starting from entry level.
When I later became a hiring manager I understood time was my greatest resource and if I could hire someone I thought I could spend even 2 hours less time in training with it was worth it and ensured we all reached the goals faster.
If company is willing and interested in hiring someone with little or no experience, starting salary will be lower. Salary would typically increase with experience, sometimes after training successfully.
Keep knocking on doors, eventually someone will open it for you.

Just my opinion but if you train the employee how you want the job done and treat them well that's how you build a connection that'll stick around. Its easier to train from scratch than it is to tell someone to change how they've done it since forever ago. I also believe Hands on experience through training trumps book smarts.
