I don't believe I ever had a candidate present so very disillusioned as the one portrayed in the video. The people I hired presented as confident in their skills with knowledge of how their experience & skill set matched the qualifications and demands of the position they were applying for. If asked how they believed hiring them for that role would contribute to the company's cultural values, productivity & overall success, those who could provide me examples of their experience & professional achievement were first considered. Though I no longer work for that company the majority of the employees I hired are not only still working there, several have moved up in the company & are now in management & operations roles. And remember, weaknesses won't necessarily preclude being hired because those present opportunities to learn new skills or refine current ones to fit the role you're applying for.
