It’s no secret that job searching can be stressful! It requires commitment, organization and a lot of mental effort. One thing to remember is the process is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes endurance and a strong will. It is very important to create intentional, self-care habits to help you stay motivated and prevent burn-out. Tip No. 4: Stay Active + Healthy Taking care of your physical and mental health are so, so important to your overall wellbeing and motivation. The better you feel, the more confident and productive you will be!
