Hey John since I worked as a child abuse investigator, the State demanded a great deal of physical abuse training. Abuse training in determining whether or not there was actual abuse committed. The training was extensive. Sort of like a detective training to look for specific clues in reported cases. The training was very helpful & necessary for this field.
