About the Role:
Olo is looking for customer support and process improvement enthusiast to join their Customer Support team as a Remote: Customer Support Onboarding Specialist.
The Remote: Customer Support Onboarding Specialist play a crucial role in Olo's Customer Success team by providing the first level of support for customers and their franchisees.
Job Duties Include:
- Provide support to customers and their franchisees during the onboarding phase.
- Provide support to merchant account partners who provide new accounts.
- Work with the Customer Success Team and directly with corporate contacts to provide updates on a project rollout.
- Liaise between the customer and Customer Success team to provide clear and accurate troubleshooting solutions through our support management system, Zendesk.
- Provide support in partnership with the Customer Success team to diagnose, research, document and resolve escalated issues.
The average pay rate for this job is $19.14 - $25.25/hr (Glassdoor)
- The primary shift time for this role is 11a -8p, (EST ) - Monday through Friday.
- Olo powers digital ordering and delivery programs that connect restaurant brands to the on-demand world, placing orders directly into the restaurant through all order origination points – from a brand's own website or app, third-party marketplaces, social media platforms, smart speakers, and home assistants.
