My Benefits were done at the end of May... I still don't have a job. It's been a challenge to find one because of all the fear people have, let alone in my own house hold. I have a Masters Degree in Computer Systems, yet this is one of the hardest fields to get back into after being out of work for nearly 3 years. Unemployment offices and Job Placement offices do not return calls, or emails and all listings they have sent are not even near my fields of skillsets or expertise. I have to say Jobcase is a good example... their emails aren't relevant at all to my resume. When they are, I apply immediately and 9/10 I am greeted with "this job no longer exists". Not very helpful.

Once you have filled out your unemployment application; you call the unemployment number : 1-800-361-4524 Use the automatic voiceover to complete your weekly claim! You answer all the questions that asked during the call and once completed it will say the claim is being process and you do that every Sunday! You will not speak to a live representative due to high call volumes but people have said when they called they would wait so long and could get someone! Use google to find other numbers in surrounding counties; you can find answers to any others!

I still don’t have unemployment account number! I can’t register an account online which makes it difficult to find anything out about my benefits or certify online instead of by mail! I received my debit card with money on it but not my pandemic pay! It’s so frustrating!
