How do you choose your work schedule?

Finding the perfect job can be a daunting task, and it all starts with choosing the right work schedule that fits your lifestyle. But with so many options to choose from, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. See FLEX job leads and hiring opportunities below…

That's why it's crucial to explore the different types of schedules available and weigh their advantages and disadvantages. Your work schedule is not just a list of hours you'll be expected to work; it's a crucial aspect of your job that can determine your work-life balance, income, and benefits. Don't make the mistake of accepting a job offer without first asking about the work schedule.

A flexible work arrangement is essential to the majority of employees and should be a top priority when searching for a job. While full-time jobs come with benefits like health insurance and paid time off, they may not offer the work-life balance you need. On the other hand, part-time jobs may provide more flexibility, but the schedule can be unpredictable.

Seasonal work is a great option for those seeking temporary employment to gain experience or earn extra income. With the right work schedule, you can achieve a work-life balance that allows you to thrive in your career while maintaining your personal life. Explore more work schedule options and define which one works best for you at Your complete guide to landing a perfect work schedule

Work and Life balance

I’ve been happily married for 54 years now. A good balance of work and home have made that possible. We’ve both worked our whole marriage and together we reared 3 children. We ae a very close knit family. Loosing our daughter 7 years ago devastated my wife, my, and my 2 sons, but we pulled together and we are making it through. I would be amiss if I didn’t mention the fact tat God has blessed and guided our family. I met my wife at the church that she went to. I was sixteen and she was seventeen. At the age of nineteen I married her. She was a gift from God. I hope that this inspires some of you.

What is the best work-life balance ?

Does this ratio change as we get older? Does this vary from person to person? Less money and more free time sounds appealing to me.Ford

Target to keep stores closed on Thanksgiving for good -- should all companies do this?

Target is taking a big step this year by permanently closing their stories on Turkey Day.

Should more companies do this for the benefit of their employees? #worklifebalance #WhatDoYOUthink?

I love that Target does that. But every business cannot close - like hospitals, pharmacies, gas stations and so on, because people need to be able to access their goods/services.

In the retail environment it makes no sense to open on certain holidays when historical sales don't justify employee expense.

Do you think it's okay for your boss to call you off-hours?

A law was recently passed, in Portugal, prohibiting bosses from contacting employees 🚫📞off-hours unless it's an emergency.

What do you think? Should your boss be able to contact you when you're off the clock? Share your opinion or your experience in the comments!
