My advice to people interested in working at #Woodcraft as a #Sales ...

Great owners, great co-workers, great place to teach and to learn - many of your customers will become your friends - don't spend your entire paycheck on tools from the store unless you can hide them from your wife

The biggest mistake I made as a #Sales at #Woodcraft ...

Loaded a piece of equipment onto a customers truck that had been mislabled - customer got it home and realized that the wrong model had been loaded - totally, my fought

Getting ready to teach a class and not being told that a required piece of equipment was out of service (advance notification would have given me time to repair or replace the tool) - sometimes embarrassing - I made it into a "teachable" moment
