Working at Wal- Mart is like being a slave with a # the managers have no idea on what is going on and they pass down their work load to department heads that are already over worked and underpaid.... you have so much to do on a day to day basis that there is physically not possible. Sylacauga Wal-Mart's store manager doesn't want to make decisions on his own and he lies to his associates to appease them then later days he didn't say it.... Wal-Mart corporate has taken all benefits from their workers the only thing the associates have is pto time... and 401k no paid holidays no sick pay personal pay nothing n think before you apply.....this comes from a 11 year associate

When they say its a ten minute window, its really more like 5 minutes before you get a tardy, so you better get booking it.

Wotking at wallmart, i was trying to do my job and stock shelves, when a customer asked me to help. This was part of my job, so i gladly went to help, but my supervisor comes up to me just as i finish and asks me why im messing around outside my aisle, and i tell him that i was helping a customer, but he still said to quit screwwing around and get to my job. It would have been fine, but then the scenario played out 3 more times, me getting yelled at for doing my job.
