The biggest mistake I made as a #AssociateMedicalCenterDirector(COO) at #VAMedicalCenter ...

Made a number. Mistakes are blended to come to a word called experience. You learn from mistates so that they do not happen again and teach what you learned. My biggest was once not gathering all of the facts about a personnel issue which lead to a termination. Still bugs me almost 15 years later and this is why i gather as much data that time will allow before making final decisions. Whether its 5 minutes or 5 weeks, i wiill make a justifiable decision.
