Exemptions

So, I applied for a position (I have 25yrs in the field) and when I got to the end they asked about the vaccination. I gave my reply. I was sent to another web page where I was asked questions about my exemption request. I asked for an explanation for asking such questions. No response. Sent a second request. No response. They did respond by saying they would not be proceeding with the hiring process. I did my research and found the following: QUESTIONING THE ORTHODOXY OF SINCERELY HELD RELIGIOUS BELIEFS OR REQUIRING A CLERGY, PLACE OF WORSHIP, OR A THIRD PARTY TO AGREE WITH OR AFFIRM SUCH RELIGIOUS BELIEFS IS UNLAWFUL Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employers from discriminating against its employees on the basis of their sincerely held religious beliefs. See 42 U.S.C. §2000e-2(a) (“It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer . . . to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin”); see also EEOC v. Abercrombie & Fitch Stores, Inc., 575 U.S. 768 (2015) (same). Title VII defines “religion” as “all aspects of religious observance and practice, as well as belief.” 42 U.S.C. §2000e(j). Moreover, as the EEOC has made clear, Title VII’s protections also extend nonreligious beliefs if related to morality, and ultimate ideas about life, purpose, and death. They are in violation of the above laws. I really don't want to work for An "Inclusive" company that questions religious beliefs and is rather disingenuous in its stated inclusionary policy. But those of you who like me are filing an exemption know your rights. I am pondering my next course of action since I was also denied another similar job where vaccination is required. Read the VAERS report before commenting. Understand the science and most of all your rights. Those of you who will say "It's their company they can do what they want." Read the law know about your rights and understand there are accommodations for everyone. This is not legal advice I am citing the source I found.

Job hunting

Well my name is Michael and I'm trying to get a job in a total different industry. I've worked construction in landscape all my life I don't like it I can't do it anymore I want something where I am indoors or down in the field checking things making something for the good of humanity. Like something in the energy department something that is helping with others in making things sufficient so that we don't have to be paying a lot of money for energy or causing the grid to go out. Plus I am just about 60 years old I'm not like a normal 60 year old it's hard for me to learn something but I'm a good problem solver not saying that I'm not trainable I just need something completely different even a pornstar they make good money laugh about it or shrug your shoulders it's still a job and they pay people to do that a rockstar I don't know there's so many people out there that have good voices every time I try to look at something that I really want to do I always get shot down it's really hard for me I don't know what to do

Do you think jobcase has focused on the type of employment you are seeking?

I filled out their questionnaire and just got a shotgun response of positions available, not one applied to what I was seeking.

How would you stay safe while working at MEDLINE during Covid?

Well first of all covid is one big hoax. Fauchi is running scared as the cdc has finally said that the so called vaccines are safe. Actually they're extremely deadly. I would go to a local farm store n buy some ivermectin n that will keep you safe n just don't take that garbage and also these placebo maskvare totally useless. It's all about fear n control n I would suggest you don't work for any company that forces you to endanger your life over a forced deadly so called vaccine. Its an mrna gene therapy and it kills your immune system! #

Nursing

Are there any healthcare places that don’t require you to be Covid vaccinated? Seems like I completed nursing school for nothing 😭 #healthcare #jobsearch #coronavirus
