I had a miscommunication with a customer that could have been handled differently. I did something I didn’t realize had made the customer angry at me, and they reported me. However, the management knew me well enough to know that the mistake was nothing more than a miscommunication, and nothing became of it

First, a candidate needs to enjoy baseball. Second, one must recognize that working at the game and being a fan attending the game are quite different experiences. Standing for several hours is physically taxing and it is the job to fulfill nevertheless. A great job to those who want to work at it.

My advice to someone who is looking to work at summerfest is to wear comfortable shoes.

Not dressing for the elements properly, so standing on a cold blustery day for as much as five hours can be really taxing no matter how many layers of clothing. Always have backup sweatshirt in the locker.
