First, a candidate needs to enjoy baseball. Second, one must recognize that working at the game and being a fan attending the game are quite different experiences. Standing for several hours is physically taxing and it is the job to fulfill nevertheless. A great job to those who want to work at it.

A stressful #RedSox day
Cleaning the ballpark after the first of a day/night double header. We have little time to load up the trash bags in our sections. It is a messy task particularly on a hot/humid day, but preparing the ballpark seating sections for the second game is our task and we do the best we can.

Drama at #RedSox
Customer was angry that I asked to view his ticket to the game. When I viewed that he was in the wrong seat and section, I asked him to move to his correct seat. He commented that the seat was empty and why he had to move. My reply was that he hadn't paid for the seat he was sitting in (a much higher priced seat than his standing room ticket).

What I loved working at #RedSox
Being a baseball fan and being a people person, this unique employment enables me to maintain a super collaboration of each interest. The people I work with and for is motive enough to keep coming back to this job.
