How should I handle a period of lost time (resume gap) due to a common mental health issue like depression or similar health problems in a job search? I can’t figure out how to talk about this ailment without making myself sound like a weak and worthless human being. #resume #jobsearch #interview #truckersusa
Two of my better employees who work the Am shift, (9:30a - 6p), leave work right at 6pm each day. They're good employees, but I do not like that their commitment seems to only last for their working hours. I can use their help with the shift AM to PM transition but they're alway's nowhere to be found. I can pay time and a half but they don't appear to be interested in OT. Not a good "team-work" attitude, What should I do as the boss?
