How should I handle a period of lost time (resume gap) due to a common mental health issue like depression or similar health problems in a job search? I can’t figure out how to talk about this ailment without making myself sound like a weak and worthless human being. #resume #jobsearch #interview #truckersusa

Two of my better employees who work the Am shift, (9:30a - 6p), leave work right at 6pm each day. They're good employees, but I do not like that their commitment seems to only last for their working hours. I can use their help with the shift AM to PM transition but they're alway's nowhere to be found. I can pay time and a half but they don't appear to be interested in OT. Not a good "team-work" attitude, What should I do as the boss?

Landing a great job is no longer only about walking into a business and handing someone a paper resume. Today, hiring managers rely on online channels for suitable candidates instead of ‌traditional ones.

Serious job seekers are more incentivized than ever to build solid online profiles in job marketplaces and on platforms that recruiters are looking at.

For employers to find you, you need to stand out and prove that you’re a valuable job candidate.

A Jobcase profile is what identifies you on the platform. Your profile provides basic information about you, shows your past work experiences, skills, and job interests, and displays your activity in the Jobcase community, read more...

Upload and/or build your FREE online brand right here and let your Jobcase profile do the heavy lifting for you.
