There was no best part. Little to no back up from dispatch....especially when there are detours almost every weekend in Down Town Sac. Seasoned drivers know the city well enough to get wround it though.

Good leadership

Its a good job if you like working with the public but management is TERRIBLE!! They put a lot of young people in management thats not mature enough for the position. Instead of following company policy & procedures, their more worried about what car are they going to buy next, hanging out at the bar during work hours & what new female on the job their going to have sex with. You also have to constantly keep track of your time, because they love to play with your money every pay period.

Not only is transdev where you can talk to diverse people from different cities and states, have co-workers that are fun to be around. But you can also get cussed out and completely belittled on a daily basis. With the whole the "customer is right" bull crap you really aren't able to really say too much. So if you can endure mental and verbal abuse and not receive back from the company that could care less about their employees, also change policies and procedures every week this is the best place for you.
