Be flexible, be respectful, always start each day with an attitude of confidence in ones self. Stay happy and up beat.

Be prepared for anything. Changes come quickly. A person needs to have confidence in his/her self and be able to take criticism well. A person truely never knows what to expect from day to day

I can't really say there was any "big" mistake. Contracts for the clients were approved before they were sent out. There was no room for mistakes

Everyday was stressful. I came in with the attitude, "today will be a good day"

We discussed the issue and resolved it as adults

Interacting with the clients. Making sure there accommodations were to their desires and the meals were as they reqiested.
