What made me stay at #Sysco Food Service was

Well i would say that when started to work for Sysco Food Services was great Company to work for but after Sysco new Manager come in with new work Gold and change every thing instead make the Job easier make harder impossible to make the Standard 100%. Union knew about it but never did anything to fix the problem.

60% average turnover in new reps in first year, even with training. More support, let alone time, was needed. Biggest and toughest heartbreak in my life=I don't "quit" anything!!!!!! Period!!!!!!! I feel Sysco lost a potential gem, in time. I would analyze training program and pay structure. Residual sales, especially in an ultra-competitive, cost watching, economic business climate (which businesses should be doing anyway), binds the hands of many DSRs, unless they have huge experience and a large territorial account base.
