First time I hired without checking on references. It cost sullys money. The person i hired was not a team player nor reliably. With that my team took a had hit from covering shifts and loss of money. It also reflected on there PERSONAL life. Family

Watching customers being mistreated. There money can spend anywhere. They would choose to spend it there for a reason. It was hard at times to comuicate that with some. I am a believer in good customer service

I separately took them in my office to allow them to explain. Then took action accordingly.

We worked together as a team. Then turned into family. Even know it was hard at times it was a amazing experience. It helped me grow in the working world also as a person
