Im tired of having people pay for me when I could do it on my own. (Btw I would love to work at subway)

Is being to nice

I quit my job yesterday day with half of the remaining team. The manager(kelly) got mad at me when I found a counterfeit bill in the cash register. She then went on and said the store was gross and that she was going to fire us all cause we are lazy. Well I found that part funny because my store won the competition for the best productivity and team work and her store didn't. She wasn't manager at the time. But the store I worked at has 6 employees not counting the manager she fired 2 of them In the morning and 2 more quit last night me being one of them. Everything she said to me and everyone else was sent to store owner to bad I didn't stay around long enough to see what they do. Not that I really care anymore. If you live in Appleton Wisconsin don't eat at the subway on prospect it's part of a gas station. The gas station is great just don't get subway due to how rude the manager is.

I would tell another to give it try make a difference Make money for the store and yourself Make it exciting fun safe different I tried and it ddnt happen for me Thats why I QUIT!!

The mistake i made was letting seniority take a break from a station and do something else When it was my turn to take a breather I never got that in return They got comfortable on my ways of being nice and them being away from customers

The most stress i had @that location was team work and rotation Everybody is set on their ways and it was difficult for me to learn a new position i have not yet to prefect ..

Customer i can deal with.. most are understanding and patient for me to get it right and stay positive Employees.. they do not like change or advice if you only been there working a lil bit So it was hard for to benifit the store and try to be a better employee

The customers were always my favorite and my boss was my favorite
