I have to agree with Tammy.

The possibilities are endless with a positive attitude! So many opportunities have risen from simple courtesy and respect for our customers. Even in circumstances that are difficult or worse the outcome is often surprising with a little goodwill and hard work.

Were the people/customers.... I really loved working there it is a great place to be if you are a people’s person....

I loved doing the baking in the morning and panning up the product at night, labeling up the product putting out on the floor, but most of all is decorating the cakes.

The biggest mistake I ever made was helping one of my co workers with their job off the clock.

Times you get customers that are angry and when they get you angry just smile. Now when it comes to co workers it a different story because you work with those who stab you in the back by lying saying things and you get angry so you confront that co worker. The other is when your not scheduled with that co worker and you go to your department manager and he/she like laughs about it or ignores the situation you get angry because your repeating to your department manager now you just confront him/her as well and tell him/her how you feel.

Your doing the work and when you need help you dont get from your co workers, but you help them with their work.

Hmm if a customer got me angry I keep it my anger hidden from them. Co workers are a different story I have been angry with a couple of co workers. I got so angry that I confronted one because I was told that I dont clean, I leave the u boats messy and I dont break down boxes. My other co worker is my department manager where I get angry because i went to her about this issue t I'll me after time and she ignored it or laughed like it was a joke. To the point I got angry with her and confronted her as well.
