DISCRIMINATION and a pyramid scheme. Steer clear of this job if you are anything other than a white man. I used my own money and was considered a W2 employee even though gas could not be written off. My vehicle and insurance used as a business vehicle. Overly worked hourly with impossible home life balance. Forced to drive in and train although it was normally creating low morale. I stood up for myself and reached out to human resources and they tried to collect information to defend a potential lawsuit. I have recordings that have conversation with discussion and targeting and human resources says we are not allowed to record although we have never been told. I have 200 plus days to file my case, that is already registered. It's stressful thinking about the waste of time and the thought of going to mediation or court. Stay clear of the job and the sales gimmicks. I was giving low hanging fruit and sold 700k plus in 4 months and since nobody could get financed I brought home 6k only. Managers pick and choose and those who they don't want succeeding are giving low credit opportunities. I was given mostly black low tier credit clients by design. Manager did research and knew I wouldn't succeed. I loved what I was doing but the unfair disadvantages made me somewhat depressed. #eriehome #roofing #rippingpeopleoff #equalopportunity

Today, I feel compelled to share my experience of discrimination at work. It's crucial to address these issues to foster a fair and inclusive workplace for everyone. Let's stand together against discrimination! #EqualOpportunity #WorkplaceDiversity

When a women is being held back for the spouse to gain ratings or get a head in his career. What type of women would you call yourself ? a: an enabler b: team player c: supporting your husband d: just stupid

I have been actively seeking for a job opportunity but after of hundreds of applications which in some of them I have to receive an instant reply of thank you for your application but NO thank you, just in a matter of seconds. I'm starting to wonder what I am doing wrong in the process and what comes to my mind is the question of your ethnicity or group race how the called. It is legal this question on the job applications? I born in New York and move to Puerto Rico at 8 years and since I remember I always want to move back to the states but its been a real hard time to get it.
Back to the race question, they categorized into groups, White Americans, Afro-Americans, LATINO OR HISPANIC, Whish accordingly to their definition I fit or belong to this category and other that no worth to mention.
I am an American because I born in New York but the definition to them is White American and obviously, my skin color does not fit in the definition of a white guy. What I should do or how I am supposed to answer this question?
