My advice to people interested in working at #StMaryCorwin as a #RegisteredNurse ...
It seems like Everyone is approachable willing to Help, Every one has been Friendly

The biggest mistake I made as a #RegisteredNurse at #StMaryCorwin ...
Leaving St.Mary Corwin, due to my job being eliminated, should have stayed on and applied for one of the open positions, other than that, a few times putting charting off, thinking I had time to do it later, and then getting unexpected Admissions or a Patient that would spiral into a bad situation

A #stressful #StMaryCorwin day
Alot happening all at once, which could happen ,getting so busy that you weren't able to sit down and Chart, it would settle down eventually

Drama at #StMaryCorwin
I kept Silent, because it doesn't pay to argue with someone, I did discuss the issue usually with the Charge Nurse

What I loved working at #StMaryCorwin
I loved my Co workers, I was a Float Nurse so I went all over the Hospital, they became like Family to me

The most important thing I learned at #StMaryCorwin was
Teamwork, alk of us, whether it was Nurses, Aides, Unit Secretaries, we all got together and worked to take care of the Patients
