Make sure you love what u do.because the residents need someone that has compassion not just looking for a Check.treat the residents like u would want someone to treat you're love one

When I had to work both sides in the facility then train and on top of that my daughter was graduating from Dillard University the next morning for 8a.m.and I got off at 7a.m.

I never had any drama

When I asked the administrator for more money I was only getting paid 8.50 a hr.I ask for 10 he said I think that's to much.o was very disappointed because I am a loyal worker work overtime .all the time even when I'm not feeling well I go into work.I have 6kids I'm justrying trying to establish my career you have to start from the bottom to get to where u wanna be.

Oh my God where do I Start.my residents they has become a part of my family.I love the work I do .I just love it.love taking care of individuals that can't do for themselves
