I’m very organized and energetic. It was priority for myself and my team to give our customers the best experience al all times. You have to remember your regulars names and engage with your customers because customer service and building a customer rapport was key for great business. I built the best team of hard workers and had an open door policy to reduce any drama attending to the my team’s individual strengths and weaknesses. I trained my team on everything so they had the opportunity to move up in the company if they wish. My motto is “ I’m as strong as my weakest link” I made sure I led by example being on time, working hard, upsell upsell, upsell, work fast with quality results and always be positive.
