My most stressful day was my last day. I had been a faithful worker for 6 years at Sprouts, had learned all departments, and had been available to work many shifts when a coworker was unable to make it in. I was taken to the office and told that I was too slow and that my work was sloppy. The reality was that I was supporting other parts of the store and my work was "suffering" because of it. After being passed up numerous times for any type of promotion, I was resolute in my thinking that it was time to move on. I felt that if there was any hope of me staying, I would have loved to continue my career path at Sprouts, but it was apparent that this was not the case.
