Hi everyone I got my bachelors in sociology and I just can’t find a job. I graduated in 2020 so when Covid really was huge and I feel like now it’s so hard to find a job. I applied everywhere and nothing, I feel embarrassed that I cant get a job and missing out on professional experience. Majority of my friends graduated 1-2yrs before me so they already were working in their profession but me. I'm going to be moving to Richmond Virginia by the end of the year and I'm wondering if you guys can recommend any good companies to work for that's within the Sociology filed. I currently have my BA is sociology, once actually in the field I have found that this is not my true passion anymore. How can I get into another field without any experience/specific education in that field?

I'm 28, have a bs in sociology with a minor in business, and looking for a change. I would love to work with animals but I really just need a career where I can continue to advance. I've been with Wal-Mart for 9 years. It seems that in this area, even with a degree, I can't find something even close to what I'm currently making as a cashier.

I recently graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology, with a minor in Gerontology.

I graduated last year with a B.A in Sociology and I also have an Associate's degree in Business Administration. I have been trying to find an entry level job in the Sociology field, or any job that will accept a Sociology degree. So far, I have not had any luck. I have had job offers and a few interviews, but most of them turned out to be scams. Do you have any suggestions as to the types of careers that accept a Sociology degree and a Business Administration degree with on the job training ?
