On April 10th I reported to the Supervisor and Manager that I had car trouble and won't be able to make it. So the Manager Daumonique Lendhardt told me that this wasn't acceptable like I knew I was going to have car trouble. Also responded stating to be at work on April the 11th at 11:00 a.m. So I did what I was told but to make it to work the next day getting stopped by security saying I was no longer allowed on mill site. I was terminated without notice but received a letter from a new HR lady on June the 9th. The letter stated two day's no call no show but I informed both my Supervisor and Manager.Also denied my Unemployment because of their lies.

To consider another job and they will start you off with $8.50 and take a dollar back within a months time a former employee was done this way..You don't get holiday pay nor any type of benefits. They are not considerate of the problems their employees may have. Also lack respect, acknowledgement, and team work leadership.

I gave them four years of my life with no benefits and PTO is all they offer. And wearing my body down walking in the rain for two months carrying extremely heavy trash without any reliable transportation. Also the continuous Supervisor and Manager harrassament.

Their Supervisor at the time sent her cousins to my house to harm me and my sister.

When I was given the Supervisor position by Daumonique Lendhardt one of their managers.. I was told because of past issues that I reported to her before they got worse. I was told I couldn't get the position due to problems that were reported. But still acted as the Supervisor for a month then the position was given to someone else without my knowing..

Thinking that they were considerate of their employees but are not.And I had worked there for four years and never received a raise...
