How does one start a job with no experience? Like how do you convince your potential employer than you're capable and able to do the job you applied for with no 'evidence'? As a student and an aspiring laboratory scientist, I would like my employer to give me an on-the-job training as necessary, for me to learn the job very well. Employers have to understand that it's hard to get a job without any prior experience especially if you just got out of school even with a degree #newhiretraining #entrylevel

BAD BAD BAD. No work life balance. Literally told on my first day “we don’t leave”. Terrible management. No direction. Co workers have a culture of turning on each other.
