I loved the interaction with people. Making customers enjoy their experience made working there enjoyable, I loved to greet new people and even catch up with loyal customers.

When hurricane Katrina hit I went with a group of other managers to get clubs on gulf coast back up and running. We also went to Beaumont Texas.

I'm dissapointed with Sam's club all the time they don't care about their employees at all

Sam's club is good if you're not planning on making a career out of it. They fired me because the new Assistant general manager didn't like me. She made up some bull crap about me and they fired me. Said they would rehire me in 3 months because I was their best front end supervisor but I won't go back. They fire their good employees and keep the ones that never show up. I would not advise anyone to work at Sam's club

The customers, co-workers, and management were awesome! Sam's is an ideal place to work if you are seeking to obtain a degree. The company strives to accommodate time off if needed. Great health benefits! I met life-long friendships at my work place and will forever be indebted to such an employee-driven company. Sam Walton great concept!!!
