NO,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SAM'S CLUB.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WORK ENVIRONMENT. ALOT OF FAVORITISM

Sams can be a great place to work. You just need to have the right people running the place. They have so many good people leaving for other jobs. You don't get a whole lot of praise for any thing you do for that company. The store manager is more worried about protecting his year end bonus than he is about his employees

I wouldn't do anything different. I approach my job as being a servant leader , lead by example and get to know my associates on a professional and personal level
