What should i do

I have accepted a job offer for 10k a year less than I make at my current job. My current boss has asked me to stay saying "the company needs me or it will fail". The work culture is toxic, unorganized and chaotic. The new job seems better, less responsibility, 30 min longer commute. I feel guilty and have considered staying. Everyone in my life is pushing me to quit this place, but I feel as though its for selfish reasons. I. just dont know what to do. Current job pros: more money, less commute, a lot lf vacation, very flexible hours, can leave work early if needed and minimal supervision. New job pros: job function with less responsibility.

Working as a team?

Hello Jobcasers - I have a issue with inclusion especially when time and effort has been put into a project and the "team players" ignore or not include your input. This is very discouraging and I am at the point today to quit. When you know your input is needed, and important and someone doesn't include it, its disturbing, I mean really disturbing, so I ask you today, to send me encouragement, I truly need it today.

Job Searching

I quit my job in March. It was very stressful and draining. I just couldn't push myself to keep going. So, I have been looking for a job and it's so stressful. Makes me feel like I should have just stayed at the job I had.

Drama at #McDonald's

I was on the grill at McDonald and my second day of work I had a manager in my face yelling at me my whole shift. On my hire date I told the hiring manager I have ptsd and can not have someone in my face screaming at me and they did nothing about it. So I quit

Not a friendly atmosphere

I was tricked in my interview. I was told I was getting interviewed to do Massage Therapy. I ended up getting hired for front desk, which it's okay because I do have experience. But as I worked there, I realized how immature everyone was. How unsympathetic the Doctor really is. I was shocked. I had an anxiety attack and literally had to leave the work place. Never happend to me in my life. Lesson learned.

Help!

How do you handle a manager who's position has gone to her head and starts abusing her power. This always happens with new managers and they always choose me to dump on. I love my job but I'm getting tired of the games and bullshit. Two people have already quit because of her. What should I do? Our dm isn't going to listen. Should I contact HR or corporate?

What Am I Doing Wrong?

I am a seasoned professional. I just received my Master’s. I quit my job in December because my boss was a jerk and treated me like a dog, yet used me to do my work and hers. I have filled out 80-90 job applications, had only 4 interviews and just got a job offer for $30,000. Yes, you read correctly-$30,000. My education cost well over $100,000. Is this all I’m worth. I have cried rivers trying to figure this one out.
