I was a server at Red Robin for over 4 years and by the end of my employment I had enough. Between the cleanliness (or lack there of) the overworking of all the staff, the inappropriate handling of employees by managers, to the false accusations pinned on myself and another manager, I highly recommend NOT working for them. The worst job I ever had. I’m grateful to have screwed them over at the end. :)

I loved training the managers in training. It was always a good relief for them because they were able to relax and not worry about them doing something wrong. I was very kind and relaxed with them.

I love working at red robin because of my customers. Although, at times, dealing with the public, can be trying, ultimately, it is very rewarding.

I was just on Red Robin website trying to apply for a position as a payroll manager. When I got to the enter positions part of the application the auto dates kept changing dates that I had entered. It made impossible to finish up the application. After 2 hours trying to fix this I gave up. Red robin needs to fix this but they don't have a contact us spot to email them about this problem.
