I haven't been there for about a year and a half, for legal reasons. I still love the company and it was a good place to work. I would tell anyone who wants to go there to set there perimeters for where they want to go. And to make sure that they get paid for their experience. I was there about 7 years. Started at 9 an hour and left at 11 an hour. They had people who were getting more an hour than me who had little to no experience for the work I done.
In the beginning I told them I'd be available 24/7, wherever they needed me. I did that for 90 straight days before I had to take a break. Then they got upset because I was the only person pulling double shifts in East DuPage County, going from Hotels to hospitals. I asked for a 30-60 minute window but they would call at the end of a shift and have me fill a location no one else wanted. The majority of people they had came out of Aurora Illinois and they didn't want to drive over there at night.
It would be thee best decision of YOUR LIFE!!! Lots of room for learning and moving up with compass. They CARE
I allowed myself to be pulled into a hearsay mess NEVER AGAIN will THAT happen
Being clean and well kept is probably the most important to this company. Other than that a genuine positive attitude, while not required will make the day that much easier for everyone. Along with that everyone is there to support you
That is a great place to work. Like any job you gonna have drama but come in do your job, work hard, and go home. The benefits will pay off.
Go in with a positive outlook. And you will get a positive outcome., It's what you make of it.!!
It's a good family restaurant food is excellent and the people there are helpful
