I currently work here, and it's a horrible place to work. The higher ups don't care and very rarely if ever leave their offices. The pay is very low and all of the departments are extremely short, with some having to cover multiple departments. They can and WILL mandate you to work forced overtime to cover for there lack of staff. But don't get me wrong the staff (the actual workers) try and do there jobs because we care for the residents and want them to be as happy and safe as possible. But no one looks out for us, and that's very sad. #wordsofadvice #stressful
