Its kind of overwhelming at first and very tiring, just hang in there and before you know it you will have mastered your position. I enjoy working at Perdue! I learned a lot, it will make a responsible worker out of you! They have a strict occurrence policy, my advice keep them low.. Show up every day and on time it will be rewarding!!!

THE MOST STRESSFUL PART OF THE DAY WAS THE END OF SHIFT MEETING WHERE THE UNIT MANAGER WOULD ARRIVE 7AM AND DEMAND WE ALL ATTEND A MEETING WHERE HE FIND A WAY TO QUESTION EVERY DECISION MADE DURING THE SHIFT, HE WOULD MAKE IT HIS BUSINESS TO TEAR DOWN THE ENTIRE 3RD SHIFT SUPERVISOR TEAM'S SELF ESTEEM AND ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS LEFT OUT IN TEARS.
