It was one of the worst work cultures I have ever experienced in my entire career, the shift manager was a tyrant and I thought he was bad until I met his boss, the unit manager. He demanded I attend a end of shift meeting where he would tear down each Team Leader's self esteem for each decision they made during the shift. Once he made it to me he said good job and dismissed the meeting but he wanted me to witness what he could do, he would threaten someone's job everyday in front of us all and once had one of the Team Leaders in tears in front of us all.
We just continued worked and let it pass time heals if you do not keep anger on you heart
I was able to check on things to keep a good product in production and make sure it was clean fresh going to families
My biggest mistake is when I drop a box of meat on the floor
I love the money and when people show me love and respect
It's like when people doesn't want to help me to get the work done but I end up doing it myself.
That problem haven't crossed my path.
If you're single no wife or kids that's great...long 12 hrs shift. Money is great but being with the family is much better..
