I recently became Package Handler of the Month of April 2017. It's only been a month after I got hired!

I am a full time package handler. Lately I have been working 5 1/2 hours I am hired as a full-time oh. Is this legal to work less than 33 hours a week as a full time employee? Rather it be for a week or month?
