Assigned to the IC (InCompatibles) line, (actually a conveyor belt running the length of the dock), I had to pull packages too bulky,too big, too small, or too heavy for the normal automated sort for 14 dock positions. The CONSTANT repetition of heavy items weighing as much as 150 lbs. was too much for this guy. And although Fedex wants you to TEAM LIFT such items when you have only 3 people total working those 14 dock positions how do you find anyone to help you?

My last job was at Fedex Express and the hours were just not enough to survive comfortably from I'm just in sight of a full time job with good pay.
