The only stressful day was when I had only one delivery driver and had lots of online and phone call delivery orders. But despite of that stressful challenge I still could manage to control the orders not to be cancelled thou had to take all crap words from Customers who orders were delayed but since a customer is a boss and a customer is always right I had to entertain them still

Follow the rules, know your rights never take any responsibilitie as favouring the company because the day you will fail then what will follow is penalty so better do what you signed for refuse what you did not signed for and enjoy working in own pizza.

Greatful thing is I never made any blander since I was very keen with work

It was the first horrible day for me when a guest was calling but we had technical problem with the land line phone until He came in with lots of anger thinking I was ignoring his call since it was ringing in his mobile but not ringing in the restaurant and the operation manager penalised me on six days salary deduction yet it was not my fault technical problem. Despite salary deduction but I still gave myself hopes knowing it was part of work challenges.

We all work in return getting paid on end month and own pizza never delayed employees salary so as we could full fill our responsibilities in life.
